Chef-Proprietor Kyungmin “Kay” Hyun’s love for different cultures and cuisines makes her cooking difficult to define by any single category. From that idea, her own concept of “New Korean” was born.

Drawing from Chef Kay’s South Korean roots, French culinary training, and love of Spanish cuisine, Thursday Kitchen brings together international ingredients and flavors through a playful, tapas-style dining experience.
